2024 MFC Mobis Parts Middle East (MPME) recently hosted a dynamic GCC Strategy Symposium in Dubai on February 6, 2025. The event brought together Hyundai, KIA, and Genesis distributors from across the region, fostering collaboration and strategic discussions aimed at driving growth in the parts operation business.

The symposium opened with a warm welcome from Mr. Jin Seop Kim, General Manager – Marketing and Strategy - MPME, who provided an inspiring introduction to the event agenda.

His speech laid the foundation for a series of insightful discussions and strategic planning sessions that followed.


Following that, Mr. Amar Shanbhag, Head of Marketing & Strategy - MPME, unveiled MPME’s 2025 Road Map. His presentation outlined the company’s vision for the coming year, emphasizing key initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen distributor partnerships.

MPME’s experts then presented innovative solutions to operational challenges, efficiency enhancement initiatives, and best practices for expanding the Accessories and Product Line 2 business in GCC region.

Attendees gained valuable insights into strategies that could improve their market performance and customer engagement.

Product Table Display

A dedicated product display area featured the latest Hyundai and KIA Genuine Accessories, Product Line 2 parts, and findings from a recent channel-wise price survey. This interactive table display allowed distributors to explore the products and gain a deeper understanding of market trends.
   


New Announcement & Training Platform Launch

A key announcement during the symposium was MPME’s 2025 brand protection strategy, emphasizing the commitment to stop counterfeit parts flow in the GCC region. Another achievement revealed was the launch of MPME’s Online Training Platform, designed to equip GCC distributor employees with the latest knowledge and skills on parts operation. This initiative marks a significant step forward in encouraging continuous learning and professional development for the distributors.

The Q&A sessions offered a platform allowing distributors to share their perspectives and align on mutual goals. Thereafter the GCC Hyundai and KIA distributor presented their 2025 business plans, and achievements from 2024 by exchanging success stories.

The GCC symposium concluded with a compelling closing speech by Mr. Jin Seop Kim, who introduced new communication frameworks and operational changes aimed at streamlining processes and boosting efficiency, thereby extending support to distributors.
