Mobis Parts Middle East held its 2025 MBC - GCC Edition in Livingstone, Zambia
The 2025 MPME Business Committee (MBC) hosted its GCC Chapter in Livingstone, Zambia, from May 27 to 29, 2025, organizing official Hyundai and KIA distributors from the entire GCC region. The Committee functioned as a strategic venue to explore region-relevant concerns, refine operational structures, and stimulate business collaboration.

Beginning the Committee, Mr. Jin Seop Kim, Head of Group – Marketing & Strategy, unveiled the yearly focus theme "Basic," building on the preceding year’s motif, "Change." Mr. Kim underscored the value of having regional conferences and committees to proficiently manage shifting market conditions and combine efforts toward this year’s goals and key performance indicators. |

Mr. Amar Shanbhag, Head of Department – Sales & Marketing, outlined core KPIs, new strategies, and shared recent developments in the initiative programs. He further discussed recent GCC market challenges and the new organizational framework, which aims to streamline communication, and strengthen localized initiatives. Mr. Amar also introduced enhanced distributor evaluation criteria, which is soon to be deployed. Functional breakout topics such as VOR and others were presented. |
The committee featured interactive presentations delving into vital elements of on operations management, logistics management, marketing management and accessory business outlook by MPME experts from each department. This was followed by group open discussions, where discussions on business challenges over the region was discussed.
