2025 MPME Business Committee held its Sub Saharan Africa+ Edition in Georgia
The 2025 MPME Business Committee (MBC) held its Sub-Saharan Africa+ Edition in Tbilisi, Georgia, from April 28th to 30th, bringing together Hyundai and KIA distributors from across the Sub-Saharan Africa, CIS, Levant and Middle East regions. The event served as a strategic platform to address region-specific challenges, enhance business frameworks, and foster collaboration among industry leaders.

Changes to distributor evaluation criteria were officially announced, alongside initiatives aimed at strengthening operational business frameworks and refining basic parts operation processes. Opening the committee, Mr. Jin Seop Kim, Head of Group – Marketing & Strategy, introduced the theme for the year, "Basics," following up on last year’s theme, "Change." He emphasized the necessity of regional committees and continuous open discussions to effectively navigate evolving industry dynamics. |

Mr. Amar Shanbhag, Head of Department – Sales & Marketing, presented key KPIs, market strategy insights, and updates on MPME’s major 2025 initiatives. He also addressed market challenges and introduced a new organizational framework, which aims to streamline communication, enhance market-specific programs, and support decisive decision-making. The committee featured MPME expert-led sessions covering crucial aspects of business operations such as operations management, logistics management, marketing management and accessory business outlook, followed by group open discussions. |
