2024 MPME Field Committee held its 1st Edition Training in Dubai

The 2024 MPME Field Committee (MFC) held its 1st edition training in Dubai from 24th to 25th April for Hyundai and KIA distributors in the Africa Region. MFC aimed to enhance the skills of parts operation employees in the distributorship and encourage the implementation of best practices through practical learning. Mr. Jin Seop Kim, Head of Group – Sales & Marketing, officially opened the committee with a speech and emphasized the importance of continuous learning and adapting to the industry changes. |

Mr. Amar Shanbhag, Head of Department – Sales & Marketing, followed with an orientation and introduced to training methodology and case study. The training sessions covered topics such as Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Inventory and Logistics. MPME experts in the respective topics led the sessions, providing practical knowledge based on case studies. The first day concluded with a gala dinner, providing an opportunity to network and exchange ideas. |

The 2024 MPME Field Committee 1st edition wrapped up with presentations from Hyundai and KIA distributors, where they shared their ideas and action plans, followed by the Award Ceremony.

Mr. Jaeho Kim, Managing Director of MPME, presented the Star Performer and KPI awards. In his closing remarks, he also congratulated the participants on their dedication and encouraged them to apply the knowledge gained to drive operational excellence in their respective roles. The MPME Field Committee’s first edition was a successful event, and we will be delighted to announce the second edition, soon for our Hyundai and KIA GCC distributors. |
